Watermelon and Mint Salad

Watermelon and Mint Salad is a healthy summer salad recipe.

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup watermelon
  • 2 tablespoon halved black olives
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • For Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

Method:

  • First of all chop the watermelon into cubes and keep aside.
  • Take a deep mixing bowl and mix watermelon with chopped mint leaves and olives
  • In the meantime, prepare dressing with the dressing ingredients.
  • Add the dressing to the watermelon mixture and toss well.
  • Garnish with feta cheese cubes. (optional)
  • Serve immediately.
