- 75 Gram Almond powder
- 2 Gram Sugar powder
- 80 Gram Egg whites
- 25 Gram Light brown sugar
- Sift and Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Whisk whites to soft peaks and slowly add sugar.
- Whisk till firm and glossy.
- Fold in almond mix in batches into meringue Fill mold and bake at @190 C.
