An exotic french dessert, Almond Dacquoise is the perfect tea-time treat or a dinner party special!


  • 75 Gram Almond powder
  • 2 Gram Sugar powder
  • 80 Gram Egg whites
  • 25 Gram Light brown sugar


  1. Sift and Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk whites to soft peaks and slowly add sugar.
  3. Whisk till firm and glossy.
  4. Fold in almond mix in batches into meringue Fill mold and bake at @190 C.
