INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups of water
  • 100 gms jamun
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil and Salt

METHOD

  1. Boil quinoa on low flame & cool it down.
  2. Mix it with chopped jamuns, cucumber, tomatoes & spring onions.
  3. Add some lemon juice & crushed jamuns to it.
  4. Add olive oil, salt & pepper powder.
  5. Mix well & serve it on salad leaves.
