- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups of water
- 100 gms jamun
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil and Salt
- Boil quinoa on low flame & cool it down.
- Mix it with chopped jamuns, cucumber, tomatoes & spring onions.
- Add some lemon juice & crushed jamuns to it.
- Add olive oil, salt & pepper powder.
- Mix well & serve it on salad leaves.
