Vietnamese Wraps is an easy-to-make recipe which will delight your palates with it’s tempting flavours and would be loved by all the bacon lovers.

Time: 30 minutes


  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 sprigs chopped cilantro
  • 4 sprigs chopped sweet basil
  • 1 medium radish (daikon)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 litre water
  • 4 leaves lettuce bibb
  • 4 sprigs chopped mint leaves
  • 2 small carrot
  • 2 medium heirloom tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon garlic mayonnaise
  • 2 large capsicum (green pepper)


  • To begin with the process, cut the tomato, core it and then cut it into wedges. Cut the carrots, daikon and
  • capsicum into spears. In a mixing bowl, add water and vinegar to form a brine. Add the speared carrots, daikon
  • and capsicum to it to make a pickle.
  • On a lettuce leaf, spread the garlic mayonnaise, place the bacon and then top it with the capsicum, carrot and
  • daikon pickles. Finally, place the tomato wedges, sweet basil, cilantro and mint leaves on the leaf. Repeat the
  • process.
  • Wrap the leaves and your wraps are ready. Enjoy
