Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
  • 1 handful lettuce loose-leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 4 chapati
  • For Garnishing
  • 1 handful crushed lightly mint
  • For The Main Dish
  • 1 medium sliced carrot
  • 1 medium sliced cucumber
  • 1 medium sliced Red onion
  • 1 medium sliced capsicum ( green pepper)
  • 1 medium sliced tomato

Method:

  • To prepare this yummy Mexican recipe, make a spread by mixing mustard and honey with yoghurt in a small
  • bowl.
  • Spread the yoghurt mix evenly on the freshly rolled out chapatis.
  • On one half of the chapatis, place the sliced carrot, capsicum, cucumber and red onions.
  • Garnish the filling with lightly crushed mint leaves on top.
  • Now wrap the chapati nicely, and serve to your loved ones.
