- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
- 1 handful lettuce loose-leaf
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 chapati

- To prepare this yummy Mexican recipe, make a spread by mixing mustard and honey with yoghurt in a small
- Spread the yoghurt mix evenly on the freshly rolled out chapatis.
- On one half of the chapatis, place the sliced carrot, capsicum, cucumber and red onions.
- Garnish the filling with lightly crushed mint leaves on top.
