Raspberry Collins is a scrumptious cocktail recipe made using your favourite scotch whiskey, raspberry puree, lemon juice, raspberries, soda, sugar syrup, and lemon slices.
Time: 30 minutes
- 50 ml scotch whiskey
- 12.5 ml lemon juice
- soda as required
- ice cubes as required
- 2 raspberries
- 12.5 ml raspberry puree
- 4 raspberries
- 12.5 ml sugar syrup
- 1 lemon slices
- Place 4 fresh raspberries into a highball glass and lightly bruise with the bar of a bar spoon. Add scotch
- whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup and raspberry puree. Stir well.
- Then add ice and soda water. Stir mixture together to ensure that the liquid and fruit is evenly distributed.
- Garnish with two fresh raspberries and a lemon slice.
