Dosas are the most popular South Indian recipe one can think of. With its endless varieties, this breakfast recipe is loved by everyone.
Time: 35 minutes
- 250 gm dosa flour
- 100 gm idli podi
- 100 ml Refined oil
- Heat a tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread.
- Add oil to the sides of the dosa and cook on both sides.
- Sprinkle the idli milagai podi on the inner side and cook till done. Remove and serve hot.
- This does not require any side dish but if desired you can serve this with coconut chutney.
