Podi Dosa

 

Dosas are the most popular South Indian recipe one can think of. With its endless varieties, this breakfast recipe is loved by everyone.

Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm dosa flour
  • 100 gm idli podi
  • 100 ml Refined oil

Method:

  • Heat a tawa over medium flame. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread.
  • Add oil to the sides of the dosa and cook on both sides.
  • Sprinkle the idli milagai podi on the inner side and cook till done. Remove and serve hot.
  • This does not require any side dish but if desired you can serve this with coconut chutney.
