Pesto Sauce is an integral part of Italian cuisine and you can enjoy it with your favourite pasta recipes along with salads.
Time: 15 minutes
- 2 cup basil
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 pinches salt
- For The Main Dish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil pomace
- In a food processor jar, blend together basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts and parmesan cheese into a finely ground
- Slowly add around olive oil to this mix, but ensure it blends into it.
- Once you finish blending this bit, add salt and pepper according to taste and your pesto sauce is ready!
