Paneer Cheese Cake is a delectable dessert recipe made with flour, eggs, paneer, chocolate, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and fresh cream.

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup cooking chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • For Icing
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon powdered cooking chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • For Garnishing
  • 4 mint leaves


  • Take a glass bowl and beat the eggs in it. Add powdered sugar and beat till the mixture is light and creamy.
  • Now sieve the flour and cocoa powder. Mix the flour into the egg mixture along with water and then add the
  • vanilla essence.
  • Now line a baking mould. Put the cake mixture into the mould. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius
  • for about 15-20 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven. Demould and cool.
  • Mix paneer with 1 tbsp sugar, 1 cup cream and 1 tbsp milk powder, mix well all the ingredients. Add chocolate
  • pieces and fold the mixture. Now to prepare the icing, sieve the icing sugar, cocoa and powdered cooking
  • chocolate. Add the remaining cream and fold with a wooden spoon.
  • Cut the cake horizontally into two equal parts and sandwich with paneer mixture. Cover the top and sides of
  • the cake with icing and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
