  • 250 gm cake mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon coffee
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


  • To start with, preheat oven to 350 degree Celsius. In the meanwhile, add walnuts in the cake mix and stir. Pour
  • it into a butter-greased pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. (Note- Check with the help of a toothpick, if it
  • comes out clean, your cake mix is properly baked.) Once done, take it out, cut into neat layers and let cool for a
  • while.
  • Next, take a medium sized bowl and put heavy cream along with coffee and give it a proper whisk. Add maple
  • syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract and mix until all the ingredients are well blended and gives out a rich
  • smooth texture.
  • Now, spread this prepared mixture on a brownie layer. Place another brownie layer followed by the mixture on
