Mint Chutney is a Continental recipe which can be enjoyed along with stuffed paratha, stuffed naan, stuffed kulcha or any other bread.
Time: 30 minutes
- 2 bunch mint leaves
- salt as required
- 2 tablespoon tamarind juice
- water as required
- 3 green chilli
- Take a grinder, add mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water (as required) and tamarind juice in it.
- Grind the mixture properly and if you think that the chutney is thick, add more water to it.
- Take out in a bowl and serve.
