Mint Chutney


Mint Chutney is a Continental recipe which can be enjoyed along with stuffed paratha, stuffed naan, stuffed kulcha or any other bread.

Time: 30 minutes


  • 2 bunch mint leaves
  • salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon tamarind juice
  • water as required
  • 3 green chilli


  • Take a grinder, add mint leaves, green chilies, salt, water (as required) and tamarind juice in it.
  • Grind the mixture properly and if you think that the chutney is thick, add more water to it.
  • Take out in a bowl and serve.
