Date Shake

 

Date Shake is a healthy beverage recipe. Made with chopped black dates, milk and vanilla ice cream, this easy-to-make beverage recipe

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup black dates
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 cherry
  • 2 cup milk
  • 8 teaspoon whipped cream

Method:

  • For making this easy shake recipe, combine the dates with 1 cup of milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  • Add vanilla ice cream and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream, cherry and vanilla ice cream.
  • Serve immediately.
