Ingredients

  • ¾ C. mozzarella, shredded
  • ¾ C. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C. panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbs. parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Heat a large pot with enough oil to fry the croquettes.
  2. Combine the cheeses, bread crumbs, spices, and egg.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and fry them for 3-5 minutes until they’re golden brown.
