Berry Banana Oats are a perfect gluten free recipe which not only fills your stomach but also satiates your soul.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Take a bowl and add the peeled banana to it. Using a spatula, mash the bananas. Once done, add yogurt to it
  • and mix it well. Next, add in the mixed berries, chia seeds, oats, salt along with almond milk. Mix this well and
  • cover it with plastic wrap.Place it in the fridge and let it set.
  • Once chilled and set, garnish it with walnuts, mixed berries and sliced banana and serve it cold to enjoy!
