This recipe is a shout out to all the lovers of the spiciest sauce i.e Peri Peri Sauce.

Time: 35 minutes


  • 200 gm chopped red bell pepper
  • 50 gm dry red chili
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 50 gm chopped onion
  • 11 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon powdered black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • Add red bell pepper, onion, dry red chili, garlic, paprika, black pepper, vinegar, salt, olive oil, oregano, lime zest
  • and lemon juice in a blender. Blend it, till it forms a smooth paste.
  • Once thick, pour this paste to a separate pan and cook on a low flame for atleast 15 minutes. Now, remove the
  • pan from the flame and keep it aside. Let it cool for sometime.
  • Once cool, pour this sauce into a jar and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Now, your sauce is prepared.
