Mango Cashew Salad

Mango Cashew Salad is a refreshing and healthy summer salad recipe.

  • 3/4 cup toasted cashews

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1 medium apple

  • 1 medium orange

  • Now add roasted cashews, orange, balsamic vinegar, mint leaves, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Toss well.
