Oats Soup


Oats Soup is a simple and easy-to-make appetizer recipe that will keep you warm on chilly winter nights.

  • 2 cup oats
  • 2 cup water
  • salt as required
  • 2 green chilli
  • 2 teaspoon refined oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • For Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro
  • For The Main Dish
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 onion


  • To prepare this healthy soup recipe, chop the onion and green chillli. Then Put a pan on medium flame and
  • heat oil in it. When the oil id hot enough, add the chopped onion and green chilli, and saute till they turn
  • golden brown.
  • Now add the oats to the pan and roast for a 2-5 minutes, then add salt and water to the mix and bring it to a
  • boil. Finally, add the milk and black pepper powder to the mix and continue to boil the mixture.
  • The soup should be that thick in consistency and you can add more water in the pan as per the required
  • consistency. Put the pan down and switch off the burner. Garnish the oats soup with chopped cilantro and chilli
  • flakes. Serve hot!
