Homemade Masala Chaas is the best option to make. Prepared with yoghurt, cold water, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, curry leaves and mint leaves, this drink recipe can be made in just 5 minutes.

  • 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  • 8 leaves curry leaves
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 500 ml cold water
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • In an blender jar, add the yoghurt, cold water, curry leaves, mint leaves, chopped ginger, cumin powder, black
  • pepper powder along with salt. Blend well for about 2 minutes so that all the ingredients are mixed together.
  • Transfer the masala chaas in a bowl and put it the refrigerator for an hour. Serve chilled.
