Ginger and Beetroot Juice


Tasty and nutritious, this is an easy-to-make juice recipe that you can prepare for your loved ones in the morning.

Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 large beetroot
  • 1 medium orange
  • 4 leaves kale
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 1/2 apple


  • Peel the beetroots and roughly chop them in a bowl. Peel the carrots, orange and ginger and chop them too.
  • Keep all the veggies aside.
  • Process together all the chopped veggies along with washed kale leaves in a juicer mixer until smooth.
  • Pour this juice in glasses and add ice cubes in it. Enjoy!
