Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 cup pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut

Method:

  • Take a mixer and combine all the ingredients along with ¼ cup of water and blend till smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in a pub glass and garnish with shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
