Chicken Mushroom Soup


Chicken Mushroom Soup, as the name suggests, is made with loads of mushroom slices and chicken pieces which can be loved by several non vegetarians across the world.

Time: 40 minutes


  • 4 cup mushroom
  • salt as required
  • black pepper as required
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 cup diced chicken
  • 8 tablespoon butter
  • 6 egg yolk


  • To begin with, take a pan and start frying the mushrooms in it. Add butter to the pan. Stir the contents well.
  • Next, add the chicken pieces and water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Then, add egg yolks and mix it well.
  • Lastly, add milk, pepper and salt to it as per your taste. Stir continuously.
  • Once the soup has attained the desired consistency, turn off the flame and serve it hot.
