Cashew Chicken Salad is a healthy salad recipe which you can prepare for your loved ones.

  • 1/2 cup chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoon cashews
  • 50 gm peeled,sliced mango
  • 2 lettuce loose-leaf
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 dash spice black pepper


  • To make this delicious chicken salad recipe, take a bowl and add rice vinegar, lime juice,, sesame oil, sunflower
  • oil, soy sauce and red chilli flakes in it. Mix all these ingredients properly. Then add in mangoes, arugula, lettuce
  • leaves and spring onions.
  • Toss until evenly mixed. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Toss all the ingredients again. Transfer to a serving
  • bowl and top up with chicken. Garnish the salad with cashews on top. You can also keep it in the refrigerator
  • before serving it to your guests as it tastes the best when cold. Serve at once.
