Carrot Lemonade

Carrot Lemonade is a healthy beverage. Made with chopped carrot, lemon juice and ginger, this easy-to-make recipe is best served with morning breakfast. Try it.

Time: 20 minutes


  • 6 small carrot
  • 1 pinch dried ginger powder
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 pinches salt


  • Wash the carrots, chop them and blend into juice. Keep aside.
  • Mix all other ingredients to the carrot juice in a deep mixing bowl. Blend it using a hand blender. Mix well.
  • Serve chilled.
