  • 3 carrot
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 3 amla
  • 2 inch ginger


  • Dice the carrots and chop the amla. In a blender, add diced carrots, chopped amla and pomegranate seeds.
  • Grind properly to form a smooth mixture.
  • Add honey to the mixture and again blend properly. Pour the juice into the glass and serve!
