One of the simple smoothie recipes that you can make in the morning is the Banana Smoothie, which is made with skimmed milk, low fat yogurt, and banana.
Time: 20 minutes
- 1/2 cup skimmed milk
- 150 gm low fat yoghurt
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence
- Blend together skimmed milk, honey, banana and ice cubes in a blender jar until smooth.
- Add low fat yoghurt along with vanilla essence and blend it well. Serve immediately.
