- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- Roughly cut banana and apple in a medium bowl and add them to a blender jar. After blending the fruits, add
- in the orange juice and milk in the jar and blend once again to a smoothie consistency.
