Apple Smoothie

Give your family the daily dose of nutrients with this yummy Apple Smoothie, which is prepared using apple, banana, milk and orange juice!

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk


  • Roughly cut banana and apple in a medium bowl and add them to a blender jar. After blending the fruits, add
  • in the orange juice and milk in the jar and blend once again to a smoothie consistency.
  • You can add more milk and sugar, as per your taste. Transfer the smoothie to a glass and serve chilled.
