Baked Yogurt with Berries

 

Cooked using cornflakes, condensed milk, hung curd, and fresh cream, this is an easy-to-make dish that would be loved by all!

Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 320 gm hung curd
  • 3/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • mixed berries as required
  • For The Garnishing

Method:

  • In a baking dish, put crushed cornflakes at the bottom.
  • In another bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients. Whisk well to avoid lumps. Strain, if necessary. Pour
  • in a baking dish.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 10 for 15 minutes.
  • Cool and garnish with cornflakes and berries of your choice.
