Protien Packed Banana Fruit Smoothie

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups ice

Method:

  • In a blender, combine pineapple juice, bananas, honey and ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
