Whenever mithai and malai meet up, what you get is a glass loaded with pleasure! Here is an imaginative yet snappy dessert of malai kulfi topped with jalebis and falooda sev, sprinkled temptingly with rose syrup. The Kulfi and Jalebi  is a dessert flawlessly suited to the desi palate, spoiling the burger joint with the wealthiest flavors and most compelling aromas!

Time: 35 minutes


  • Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar 150 gms
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Khoya 200 gms
  • Saffron A pinch
  • Pista chopped 2 tbsp
  • Jalebi 10 nos.


  • Mix all the ingredients together except jalebi and bring it to a boil. Simmer and cook till reduced to half. Remove and cool completely.
  • Break the jalebi and add to the kulfi mixture. Put this mixture in earthern pots or kulfi moulds.
  • Place the moulds in deep freezer for 5 hours. Remove and serve immediately.
