A delicious summer special recipe. Panna cota is an Italian dessert made with sweet cream, gelatin and vanilla essence. This recipe is a summery take on this creamy magic with Mint added for a fresh and refreshing flavour.


  • 250 Ml Skimmed milk
  • 250 Ml Fresh cream
  • 25 Gram Honey
  • 8 Gram Gelatin
  • 3 drops Vanilla essence
  • 10 Gram Fresh mint


  1. Warm the milk and fresh cream together.
  2. Add honey and soaked gelatin and stir.
  3. Add vanilla essence and chopped fresh mint.
  4. Put the mixture into desired mould and freeze it.
  5. Serve chilled.
