INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gms boneless mutton
  • 3 onions
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 250 gms browned onions
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi powder
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 bowl yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt

METHOD

1. Marinate boneless mutton with chopped onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, browned onions, peppercorns, coarsely ground coriander seeds & jeera, kasuri methi powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder.

2. Mix this well with mutton pieces            and add yogurt.

3. Now, add some oil, salt and mix.

4. Transfer the mixture to a vessel,              let it cook.

5. Garnish with coriander leaves,                   serve
