Pepper Prawns is a spicy, crispy side dish, which you can prepare for special occasions.

  • 400 gm prawns
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 2 pinches salt


  • Clean the prawns properly. Shallow fry the prawns with salt. Pour adequate butter and black pepper in the
  • cooking pot.
  • Now, fry onion, tomato and garlic. Then add the prawns along with some coconut milk and salt.
  • After the gravy becomes thick, remove it separately. Take another pan, add dry chillies, two or three cloves of
  • garlic and ginger slices.
  • Once these are fried properly, pour it on the prawns and garnish with some coriander leaves.
