A delicious summer special recipe. Panna cota is an Italian dessert made with sweet cream, gelatin and vanilla essence. This recipe is a summery take on this creamy magic with Mint added for a fresh and refreshing flavour.
- 250 Ml Skimmed milk
- 250 Ml Fresh cream
- 25 Gram Honey
- 8 Gram Gelatin
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- 10 Gram Fresh mint
- Warm the milk and fresh cream together.
- Add honey and soaked gelatin and stir.
- Add vanilla essence and chopped fresh mint.
- Put the mixture into desired mould and freeze it.
- Serve chilled.
