- 3 carrot
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 amla
- 2 inch ginger
- Dice the carrots and chop the amla. In a blender, add diced carrots, chopped amla and pomegranate seeds.
- Grind properly to form a smooth mixture.
- Add honey to the mixture and again blend properly. Pour the juice into the glass and serve!
